About the Event
Join us in the Mixing Room at Broken Goblet for the first release of our Barrel Finished Gin!
Our Classic-styled Gin is distilled with 11 select botanicals before it spends at 9 months in a American oak barrel, typically a previously used Bourbon or American Whiskey barrel. The complex balance between the fruity and herbal characters of our Gin come together with the vanilla, caramel, and wood character from the barrel to bring you a distinctively different take on Gin.
The Mixing Room's resident Mixologist, Brian, will be offering up a specialty cocktail featuring this Barrel Finished Gin and we'll have bottles available to sample and purchase along with our Whiskey, Classic Gin, and Vodka.
