Punk Rock Yoga

Home Brewed Events and Broken Goblet have come together for a monthly music-focused yoga class at their brewery and live music venue. This accessible class is meant for folks who love music and are curious about yoga. Move through an hour class with Meredith Rebar, a music and events veteran and 200-hour certified yoga teacher from Monarch Yoga. The all-levels class will be followed by a free 8oz beer or cocktail in the Mixing Room next door. 

About the Instructor: With over 15 years in the events, beer, and spirits industry and a busy small business owner, Meredith relies on yoga to maintain a balanced and mindful life. After finishing the 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training with Monarch Yoga in Kensington, she is excited to make yoga accessible and available for everyone, especially for music lovers, musicians, and folks in the industry.
