Ice Cream & Beer Pairing

Celebrate summer with a special Ice Cream selection paired with the offerings of Mutual Respect. Learn the background on each of the beers and their producers, the history of the style, and tips on how to pair food and beer from a Certified Cicerone. The class will be a fun and engaging way to savor the changing weather. Kick off the class with a cocktail featuring spirits from the newest edition to the family, Spirit Animal. Plus the class will be set up in the distillery for exclusive behind-the-scenes access. 

Each ticket includes:

• Seat at the class (limited space per class)

• A welcome cocktail featuring Spirit Animal

• Three locally sourced pairings (ice cream) with a beer each from Broken Goblet, Trauger, and Lucky Cat Brewing selected by a Certified Cicerone

• Detailed instruction on how to pair beer and food, as well as, different pairing methods
